We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. We recommend trying on your boots indoors on a clean surface.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Size exchanges are available based on inventory.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, Archer will cover the return shipping.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and other applicable fees are non-refundable.
PREORDERS
Preorder items follow the same return policy unless marked Final Sale.
